Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled cut, diced into 1 inch cubes
- 2 quarts water
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tablespoon dill weed
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes, onions and garlic, dash of salt, till potatoes are soft.
- 2 drain.
- 3 add butter and dill. salt and pepper to taste. stir.
- 4 serve.
