Onion Bacon Cheese Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped (,red,or combination)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 bake potatoes at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
  • 2 scoop out potato.
  • 3 put potato in large bowl and mash.
  • 4 fry chopped bacon until crisp.
  • 5 remove from pan.
  • 6 fry onions in bacon grease.
  • 7 drain grease.
  • 8 add bacon, onion, and cubed cheddar cheese to the potatoes.
  • 9 add sour cream and milk.
  • 10 mash and mix until smooth.
  • 11 pile into baked potato skins.
  • 12 bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
  • 13 sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
  • 14 these can be frozen when put potato mixture into baked potato skins.
