Onion Bacon Cheese Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped (,red,or combination)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 bake potatoes at 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
- 2 scoop out potato.
- 3 put potato in large bowl and mash.
- 4 fry chopped bacon until crisp.
- 5 remove from pan.
- 6 fry onions in bacon grease.
- 7 drain grease.
- 8 add bacon, onion, and cubed cheddar cheese to the potatoes.
- 9 add sour cream and milk.
- 10 mash and mix until smooth.
- 11 pile into baked potato skins.
- 12 bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
- 13 sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
- 14 these can be frozen when put potato mixture into baked potato skins.
