Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, peeled & grated
- 1 large onion, grated
- 3 -4 eggs
- salt & pepper
- oil, deep enough for frying
Recipe
- 1 heat oil but do not burn.
- 2 mix all ingredients well.
- 3 drop by large spoonfuls into hot oil.
- 4 fry until golden.
- 5 drain well.
