Shockingly Good Vegan Cheese Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup carrot, peeled and cooked
  • 1/3 cup flour (i used half of that amount of cornstarch so that it would be gluten free)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  • 2 pour into pan and stir until boils and thickens.
  • 3 take off heat and pour into noodles, over broccoli or potatoes, etc.
