Shockingly Good Vegan Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups water
- 1/3 cup carrot, peeled and cooked
- 1/3 cup flour (i used half of that amount of cornstarch so that it would be gluten free)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- 2 pour into pan and stir until boils and thickens.
- 3 take off heat and pour into noodles, over broccoli or potatoes, etc.
