Ingredients

• 1 (24 ounce) package simply potatoes traditional mashed potatoes
• 1/4 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons orange juice
• 1 teaspoon orange zest
• 1 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

• 1 according to package, peel film at corner of simply potatoes package to vent and heat on high in microwave for 3 minutes.
• 2 completely remove film and stir. microwave on high an additional 1 minute.
• 3 combine cheddar cheese, orange juice, and zest into cooked mashed potatoes and mix well. sprinkle top with paprika, serve, and enjoy!
