Potato Wedges!

Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes, whippedcut into wedges 8 medium
- salt
- 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon
- 1 small onion, 1 small
- 3 green chilies, 3
- 2 -3 coriander leaves, 2-3
- 2 -3 mint leaves, 2-3
- garam masala powder
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 180 º celsius.
- 2 apply salt, ground paste and oil to potato wedges.
- 3 grease a baking tray and place potato wedges on it.
- 4 bake the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes at 180 º celsius serve hot with chutney or sauce.
