Potato Wedges!

Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes, whippedcut into wedges 8 medium
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon
  • 1 small onion, 1 small
  • 3 green chilies, 3
  • 2 -3 coriander leaves, 2-3
  • 2 -3 mint leaves, 2-3
  • garam masala powder

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 180 º celsius.
  • 2 apply salt, ground paste and oil to potato wedges.
  • 3 grease a baking tray and place potato wedges on it.
  • 4 bake the potatoes for ten to fifteen minutes at 180 º celsius serve hot with chutney or sauce.
