Norwegian Parsley Potatoes

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb russet potato (peeled and quartered)
  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 put the water, salt and potatoes in a pot and cook until the potatoes are just tender.
  • 2 drain well.
  • 3 pour the melted butter over the potatoes.
  • 4 sprinkle the chopped parsley over the potatoes and toss lightly.
  • 5 serve hot.
