Ingredients
- 1 lb russet potato (peeled and quartered)
- 3 quarts water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 put the water, salt and potatoes in a pot and cook until the potatoes are just tender.
- 2 drain well.
- 3 pour the melted butter over the potatoes.
- 4 sprinkle the chopped parsley over the potatoes and toss lightly.
- 5 serve hot.
