Red Potato And Green Bean Saute

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb baby red potato, halved
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt, to taste
  • fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • 2 add potatoes; cook about 15 minutes, or until almost tender.
  • 3 add beans; cook about 3 minutes, or until tender; drain well.
  • 4 in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  • 5 add garlic; cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
