Red Potato Toss

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 8 red potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 ounces bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 cut up potatoes by 1/4 or 1/8 sections, depending on their size.
- 3 place them in 2-quart casserole dish.
- 4 mix up rest of ingredients and gently stir into potatoes.
- 5 bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, covered.
