Red Potato Toss

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 red potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 12 ounces bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 cut up potatoes by 1/4 or 1/8 sections, depending on their size.
  • 3 place them in 2-quart casserole dish.
  • 4 mix up rest of ingredients and gently stir into potatoes.
  • 5 bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, covered.
