Tee's Amazing Sweet Potato Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

• 2 pie shells
• 3 (40 ounce) cans sweet potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup pet milk
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

• 1 drain potatoes.
• 2 place in bowl with other ingredients and mash well.
• 3 smooth 1/2 of mix into each pie shell.
• 4 cut pads of margarine or butter and place around top of pies.
• 5 sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on pie.
• 6 bake at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours.
