Ingredients
- 6 red potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat over to 375f.
- 2 scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
- 3 mix melted butter and oil and pour into 9x13 baking dish.
- 4 place potatoes in dish and stir to coat.
- 5 sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
- 6 cover with aluminum foil.
- 7 back for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
