Rosemary Red Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 red potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat over to 375f.
  • 2 scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
  • 3 mix melted butter and oil and pour into 9x13 baking dish.
  • 4 place potatoes in dish and stir to coat.
  • 5 sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.
  • 6 cover with aluminum foil.
  • 7 back for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
