Ingredients

• 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/4 slices
• 3 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
• 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
• 2 cups water
• 3 vegetable bouillon cubes
• 1 1/2 tablespoons italian seasoning
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

Recipe

• 1 combine all in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. lower heat and simmer for about 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender and liquid has reduced.
