Olive Oil Baked Potatoes

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 medium baking potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 200°c/fan 180°c/gas 6.
  • 2 scrub the baking potatoes, then pat dry. slice lengthways into three. drizzle olive oil over a large baking sheet.
  • 3 place the potatoes on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, rub all over, then generously sprinkle with sea salt.
  • 4 bake for 40-45 minutes (longer for extra crispiness) turning halfway, until golden brown and tender.
