Olive Oil Baked Potatoes

- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 200°c/fan 180°c/gas 6.
- 2 scrub the baking potatoes, then pat dry. slice lengthways into three. drizzle olive oil over a large baking sheet.
- 3 place the potatoes on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, rub all over, then generously sprinkle with sea salt.
- 4 bake for 40-45 minutes (longer for extra crispiness) turning halfway, until golden brown and tender.
