Hunters Potato Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 lbs sausage
• 2 large onions or 2 large red onions
• 4 lbs potatoes
• 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 4 eggs

Recipe

• 1 potatoes peel, slice into thin layers and place in a large pan or dutch oven.
• 2 onions, peel, slice into thin layers and place with the potatoes.
• 3 add the sausages in the same pot as onions and potatoes and add vegetable oil.
• 4 when it turns golden brown add the 4 eggs in and mix with the potatoes sausages and onions.
• 5 when all golden brown on both sides then its done.
