Tava Fry Vegetables

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 150 g okra
  • 100 g small eggplants
  • 2 medium red onions
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mango powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chile
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, green powder (methi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 dress and silt all vegetables.
  • 2 mix all ingredient and stuff in every piece of vegetable.
  • 3 on tava or frying pan heat oil.
  • 4 gently place vegetables,silt upwards and simmer on flame.
  • 5 turn occasionally till tender.strain and serve hot.
