Tava Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 150 g okra
- 100 g small eggplants
- 2 medium red onions
- 100 g potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mango powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, green powder (methi)
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ginger powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 dress and silt all vegetables.
- 2 mix all ingredient and stuff in every piece of vegetable.
- 3 on tava or frying pan heat oil.
- 4 gently place vegetables,silt upwards and simmer on flame.
- 5 turn occasionally till tender.strain and serve hot.
