Spinach Mash With Garlic And Fetta

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 kg potato, peeled and cubed
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled
- 180 ml cream
- 40 g butter
- 500 g frozen spinach, thawed, drained
- 100 g feta, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 boil, steam or microwave potatoes and garlic together till tender.
- 2 drain, mash till smooth.
- 3 heat cream and butter in a pot on low till butter melts.
- 4 add spinach and stir to combine.
- 5 mix into mash.
- 6 fold through fetta.
- 7 season to taste.
