Spinach Mash With Garlic And Fetta

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 kg potato, peeled and cubed
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 180 ml cream
  • 40 g butter
  • 500 g frozen spinach, thawed, drained
  • 100 g feta, crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 boil, steam or microwave potatoes and garlic together till tender.
  • 2 drain, mash till smooth.
  • 3 heat cream and butter in a pot on low till butter melts.
  • 4 add spinach and stir to combine.
  • 5 mix into mash.
  • 6 fold through fetta.
  • 7 season to taste.
