Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 cups simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl beat eggs and soy sauce with a fork or a wisk.
- 2 stir in green onions and hashbrowns.
- 3 heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
- 4 add oil and spoon heaping tablespoons-full of the egg mixture into hot skillet.
- 5 cook about 3 minutes per side until browned.
- 6 serve with soy sauce and green onions.
