New Easy Egg Foo Young #5fix

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 2 cups simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl beat eggs and soy sauce with a fork or a wisk.
  • 2 stir in green onions and hashbrowns.
  • 3 heat a large skillet to medium high heat.
  • 4 add oil and spoon heaping tablespoons-full of the egg mixture into hot skillet.
  • 5 cook about 3 minutes per side until browned.
  • 6 serve with soy sauce and green onions.
