Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 4 large eggs
Recipe
- 1 bake potatoes and scoop out insides.
- 2 mix potato with butter, cheese, and green onion.
- 3 restuff potato skins with mixture.
- 4 make a well in center of each stuffed potato skin; crack egg into well.
- 5 bake at 350°f for 15 minutes or until egg is set.
