Nanci Burkhart's Supper Spuds

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 4 large eggs

Recipe

  • 1 bake potatoes and scoop out insides.
  • 2 mix potato with butter, cheese, and green onion.
  • 3 restuff potato skins with mixture.
  • 4 make a well in center of each stuffed potato skin; crack egg into well.
  • 5 bake at 350°f for 15 minutes or until egg is set.
