Mommom's Potato Parmesan Souffle

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes, instant (prepared as pkg. directed)
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Recipe

  • 1 prepare instant mashed potatoes according to package directions for 8 servings.
  • 2 while still hot, beat in egg yolks, one at a time, and mix in cheese.
