- 6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup velveeta cheese
- 1/2 cup half-and-half, mixed with
- 4 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes until done; drain.
- 2 add the cheese, and milk mixed with the flour, to potatoes.
- 3 bring to a boil; then pour in buttered baking dish.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 bake for 1/2 hour or until brown on top.
