Freaky, Yummy Peanut Butter Yam Mix-up (sugar Free, High Protein

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 baked yams (regular poatoes do not work!) or 2 sweet potatoes (regular poatoes do not work!)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 few ice cube (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients but ice together in a blender. add ice and blend again if using ice. cool in fridge or enjoy at room temperature.
