- 8 medium potatoes, boiled in skins or microwaved til tender , sliced
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 8 -16 ounces sour cream
- 8 -16 ounces sauerkraut
Recipe
- 1 in casserole dish, layer potatoes, kraut, sausage, sour cream- repeating until all ingredients are used up.
- 2 bake in 350 over for approximately 1 hour, or may be microwaved til thoroughly heated thru.
