Sour Cream And Chive Potato Bake

Ingredients

- 3 large potatoes, washed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/4 cups pouring cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200 c.
- 2 boil potatoes till tender, about 15 minutes.
- 3 drain, cut in half, place in baking dish cut side up.
- 4 whisk together sour cream, cream, cheeses, chives, salt and pepper.
- 5 pour over potatoes.
- 6 cook 20 - 30 minutes until top is golden.
