Sour Cream And Chive Potato Bake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 large potatoes, washed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups pouring cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200 c.
  • 2 boil potatoes till tender, about 15 minutes.
  • 3 drain, cut in half, place in baking dish cut side up.
  • 4 whisk together sour cream, cream, cheeses, chives, salt and pepper.
  • 5 pour over potatoes.
  • 6 cook 20 - 30 minutes until top is golden.
