Roadside Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 onion, cut in chunks
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• pepper
• 2 -3 drops tabasco sauce
• 1 cup milk
• 4 potatoes, peeled
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f grease an 8 inch square pan.
• 2 put onion, flour,salt, pepper, tobasco sauce amd milk into a blender.
• 3 puree until until completely blended. tranfer to a large bowl. grate potatoes and cheese into milk mixture. pour into prepared pan. bake for 1 hour or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
