- 5 potatoes
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 (600 ml) container thickened cream
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 thinly slice potatoes, bacon and onion.
- 2 in a casserole dish layer potato, bacon, onion and garlic in three or four layers.
- 3 pour thickened cream over layers.
- 4 sprinkle paprika on top.
- 5 cook at 180 degrees celcius for an hour.
