Outdoor Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 potatoes, scrubbed well
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 sweet onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 coat clean potatoes with oil.
- 2 make 1/2 inch slices in the potatoes but not all the way through.
- 3 insert onion slices into the slices that are in the potato.
- 4 sprinkle with garlic salt.
- 5 wrap well in heavy duty foil.
- 6 place directly on the hot charcoal,turning as necessary.
- 7 cook until tender.
