Outdoor Baked Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 potatoes, scrubbed well
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 coat clean potatoes with oil.
  • 2 make 1/2 inch slices in the potatoes but not all the way through.
  • 3 insert onion slices into the slices that are in the potato.
  • 4 sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • 5 wrap well in heavy duty foil.
  • 6 place directly on the hot charcoal,turning as necessary.
  • 7 cook until tender.
