Hogshash/ Dutch Goose/ Pig Stomach

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 pig, stomachs
- 3 lbs potatoes
- 3 lbs smoked sausage
- 1 medium size onion
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 peel and dice potatoes and onion. slice sausage. mix together in a large bowl.
- 3 rinse the pig stomachs and stuff with mixture.
- 4 once the stomach is stuffed sew up every opening securely.
- 5 place in roasting pan and cover with water. cover roasting pan and bake in oven for 2 hours.
- 6 remove from roasting pan, cut open and serve.
