Twice Baked Ham And Cheese Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • paprika or parsley flakes, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 bake potatoes at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour until soft.
  • 2 slice potatoes in half lengthwise.
  • 3 scoop out insides, leaving a firm shell.
  • 4 place potato pulp, cheddar cheese, milk, ham, sour cream, onion salt, pepper, and butter in a mixing bowl.
  • 5 beat at high speed until smooth.
  • 6 fill potato shells with mixture.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • 8 garnish with paprika or parsley.
