Twice Baked Ham And Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup ham, chopped
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- paprika or parsley flakes, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 bake potatoes at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour until soft.
- 2 slice potatoes in half lengthwise.
- 3 scoop out insides, leaving a firm shell.
- 4 place potato pulp, cheddar cheese, milk, ham, sour cream, onion salt, pepper, and butter in a mixing bowl.
- 5 beat at high speed until smooth.
- 6 fill potato shells with mixture.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes.
- 8 garnish with paprika or parsley.
