Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 kg potato
- 3 pinches salt & pepper (freshly ground)
- 15 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- 450 -500 g curly endive lettuce
- 250 g gouda cheese, in small cubes
Recipe
- 1 peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and cook in a little water for ca. 20 minutes.
- 2 drain excess water and add all the other ingredients.
- 3 mash and stir so you get all the stuff from the corners mixed in as well.
