- 1 1/2 cups sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 (13 ounce) can canned peach halves
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 combine potatoes, lemon juice, brown sugar and cloves.
- 3 drain peach halves and arrange in baking dish.
- 4 fill centers with sweet potatoes.
- 5 bake for 20 minutes.
