Skillet Browned Potatoes With Fresh Dill

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs baby red potatoes, scrubbed
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Recipe

  • 1 place potatoes ina large pot. add enough water to cover bring to boil.
  • 2 cover partially and cook until potatoes are just tender but still hold their shape, about 15 minutes.
  • 3 drain and cool. cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 4 cut potatoes in half.
  • 5 melt butter in very large skillet over medium-high heat. add potatoes; cover skilelt and cook until potatoes brown, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
