Skillet Browned Potatoes With Fresh Dill

Ingredients

- 3 lbs baby red potatoes, scrubbed
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Recipe
- 1 place potatoes ina large pot. add enough water to cover bring to boil.
- 2 cover partially and cook until potatoes are just tender but still hold their shape, about 15 minutes.
- 3 drain and cool. cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 4 cut potatoes in half.
- 5 melt butter in very large skillet over medium-high heat. add potatoes; cover skilelt and cook until potatoes brown, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- 6 season generously with salt and pepper.
- 7 add dill; toss to coat.
