Rosemary Potatoes - Bethenny Frankel

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb baby potato, halved
  • 1 rosemary sprig (remove greens and mince)
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, enough to coat

Recipe

  • 1 toss all ingredients together.
  • 2 bake at 375f for 20 minutes, up to 400f for 10, then up to broil until brown and crispy.
