Rosemary Baked Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 4 rosemary sprigs
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 scrub each potato.
  • 2 using an apple corer, cut a hole lengthwise through the potato.
  • 3 rub some olive oil on the potato skins.
  • 4 sprinkle on some salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 insert a small sprig of rosemary into the holes you cut in the potatoes.
  • 6 wrap in foil, bake in a 400 degree oven for about an hour, or bbq for about the same amount of time, just as you would normally.
  • 7 serve and enjoy!
