Rosemary Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 scrub each potato.
- 2 using an apple corer, cut a hole lengthwise through the potato.
- 3 rub some olive oil on the potato skins.
- 4 sprinkle on some salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 insert a small sprig of rosemary into the holes you cut in the potatoes.
- 6 wrap in foil, bake in a 400 degree oven for about an hour, or bbq for about the same amount of time, just as you would normally.
- 7 serve and enjoy!
