Robyn's Potato & Broccoli Bake

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 cups colby-monterey jack cheese (shredded)
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or less)
  • 2 teaspoons pepper (or less)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, brocolli, salt and pepper until thoughroughly mixed.
  • 3 add sour cream and stir.
  • 4 spoon half of the mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • 5 top with half of the cheese.
  • 6 spoon remaining mixture on top and finish with a final layer of cheese.
  • 7 bake for 1 hour and 15 minute or until the center of casserole is hot.
