Robyn's Potato & Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 cups colby-monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 2 teaspoons salt (or less)
- 2 teaspoons pepper (or less)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, brocolli, salt and pepper until thoughroughly mixed.
- 3 add sour cream and stir.
- 4 spoon half of the mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish.
- 5 top with half of the cheese.
- 6 spoon remaining mixture on top and finish with a final layer of cheese.
- 7 bake for 1 hour and 15 minute or until the center of casserole is hot.
