Ingredients
- 2 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano (leaf)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425*. scrub potatoes, pat dry. cut into eighths. brush with oil and place in a baking dish. sprinkle with oregano and paprika. bake about 35 minutes until potatoes are done. season to taste with salt and pepper.
