Potato And Broccoli Dijon

Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
- 4 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 4 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 medium potatoes, baked
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- 3 place cooked broccoli in a medium bowl.
- 4 in a small bowl or custard cup, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
- 5 add to broccoli, along with cheese.
