Potato And Broccoli Dijon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
  • 4 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 4 ounces low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 medium potatoes, baked

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 place cooked broccoli in a medium bowl.
  • 4 in a small bowl or custard cup, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
  • 5 add to broccoli, along with cheese.
