Oven Thick Chips

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled cut into thick chips
  • sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 220°c
  • 2 place potatoes in a steamer for 7-8 minutes. potatoes should be partly cooked and not completely tender.
  • 3 lightly coat potatoes with olive oil. put them on a baking tray lined with non stick paper. season with salt.
  • 4 bake for 25 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
