- 3 large potatoes, peeled cut into thick chips
- sea salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 220°c
- 2 place potatoes in a steamer for 7-8 minutes. potatoes should be partly cooked and not completely tender.
- 3 lightly coat potatoes with olive oil. put them on a baking tray lined with non stick paper. season with salt.
- 4 bake for 25 minutes or until chips are crisp and golden.
