Oven Fried Sweet And Potato Wedges

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450° and spray baking sheet with non stick spray.
  • 2 cut each potato into 8 wedges, making them all about the same size.
  • 3 place in a large bowl and toss with paprika, salt and pepper, then add olive oil and toss again.
  • 4 spread onto baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  • 5 turn and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 6 serve immediately.
