Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
Recipe
- 1 wash and chop or wedge potatoes.
- 2 line a 2 quart casserole dish with foil.
- 3 put in the oil.
- 4 add potatoes and mix with the oil.
- 5 top with seasoning salt and onion
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until done.
