Oven Fried Potatoes

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion

Recipe

  • 1 wash and chop or wedge potatoes.
  • 2 line a 2 quart casserole dish with foil.
  • 3 put in the oil.
  • 4 add potatoes and mix with the oil.
  • 5 top with seasoning salt and onion
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until done.
