New Potatoes With Sour Cream And Dill

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 25 small new potatoes
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes until done. drain and set aside.
  • 2 chop green onions and add to a frying pan with 1/4 stick of butter. cook on medium heat until onions are soft. add the rest of the butter and stir until melted.
  • 3 add container of sour cream, dill and salt and pepper to taste. cook until sour cream is warm.
  • 4 place potatoes in pan with sour cream mixture, stirring occasionally until potatoes are heated through.
