Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 8 -12 mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 spread potatoes in greased shallow casserole dish.
  • 2 top with sour cream, cheese, bacon and onions.
  • 3 casserole may be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours, if desired.
  • 4 bake uncovered in 350°f oven for 30 minutes or until hot.
