- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 8 ounces canned diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 slice peeled potatoes.
- 2 chop onion.
- 3 heat oil to medium high.
- 4 add potatoes to hot oil and saute about 3 minutes. add onions and saute about 3 minutes.
- 5 add green chili and cover.
- 6 turn burner to simmer and simmer about 20 minutes, or until done.
