Ingredients
- 1 lb simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
- 1 lb sausage links
- 8 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 cook hash browns in butter in skillet until brown.
- 2 cook sausage in skillet.
- 3 cook eggs in butter and cover with lid until tops of eggs turn and yoke is still runny.
- 4 mix all ingredients thoroughly in large serving bowl.
