Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
  • 1 lb sausage links
  • 8 eggs
  • 3/4 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 cook hash browns in butter in skillet until brown.
  • 2 cook sausage in skillet.
  • 3 cook eggs in butter and cover with lid until tops of eggs turn and yoke is still runny.
  • 4 mix all ingredients thoroughly in large serving bowl.
