The Easiest Latkes

Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 -3 tablespoons flour
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 peel the pototoes and put them through the food processor, avoid overprocessing they should still have some texture. in the bowl combine processed pototoes, egg, flour and salt.
- 2 fry in the hot pan with plenty of vegetable oil. put a tbls of dough in the pan and flatten in to ab. 1/4", turn and fry the other side, it will give you very crunchy latkes.
- 3 serve fresh or keep in the oven for a while.
- 4 they can be served in many ways: my husband likes them just with sugar, they good with sour cream and sugar, i like them with creamed cheese mixed with sour cream, green onion and salt. they can be served with gulash as well (in poland they called hungarien latkes).
- 5 enjoy.
