Tandoori Aloo

Ingredients

- 1 cup baby potatoes
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt
- 4 kashmiri chilies
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 teaspoons coriander-cumin powder (dhania-jeera)
Recipe
- 1 wash the potatoes thoroughly,pierce them with a fork and place them all around the microwave turntable.
- 2 place a glass of water in the centre to prevent the potatoes from getting wrinkled.
- 3 microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes until potatoes are soft.
- 4 heat oil in a glass bowl for about 1 minute,add the prepared paste and salt and mix well.
- 5 microwave on high for 1 minute.
- 6 add the potatoes, cream, kasuri methi and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- 7 serve hot.
