- 1 lb sweet potato
- vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 wash and peel potatoes.
- 2 slice thinly.
- 3 soak in cold salted water for 1 hour.
- 4 drain and dry on paper towels.
- 5 fry until browned in deep oil @370 degrees.
- 6 drain on paper towels.
- 7 salt and keep warm, till ready to serve.
