Slim And Trim Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon wine worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded low-fat swiss cheese
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
Recipe
- 1 spray a medium saucepan with non-stick spray.
- 2 add onions and mushrooms.
- 3 cook until vegetables are tender.
- 4 sprinkle in the flour and stir until vegetables are coated with flour.
- 5 gradually add the milk and cook until mixture is thick and bubbly, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 6 add cheese, dill, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce.
- 7 cook until cheese is melted.
- 8 remove from heat.
- 9 spray a medium casserole with non-stick spray.
