Sauerkraut Sausage Bake

Ingredients

• 32 ounces sauerkraut, drained
• 2 tablespoons sweet onions, chopped
• 2 lbs kielbasa, sliced
• 2 1/3 cups mashed potatoes, prepared (8 servings)
• 5 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

• 1 in casserole dish, mix together sauerkraut and chopped onion.
• 2 place sliced kielbasa over mixture.
• 3 prepare mashed potatoes and add 2 tbsp of cheese.
• 4 spread mashed potatoes over sausage.
• 5 sprinkle with remaining cheese.
• 6 bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
