Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes

- 2 lbs new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 roasting directions: in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, arrange raw potatoes. in a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. pour over potatoes. toss to coat. bake, uncovered in a 450 degree oven about 25 minutes or til brown and tender.
