Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 roasting directions: in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, arrange raw potatoes. in a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. pour over potatoes. toss to coat. bake, uncovered in a 450 degree oven about 25 minutes or til brown and tender.
