Roast Potatoes And Rosemary (british)

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 4 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 dice potatoes into one inch cubes.
  • 3 add garlic, rosemary leaves, and olive oil and toss in baking pan.
  • 4 cover with sprinkling of salt and pepper.
  • 5 bake for 45 minutes until soft in center and crispy on outside. turn occasionally for even cooking.
